哪些人滿足注銷戶口條件？
1.Chinesewhohavejoinedforeignnationality.Accordingtothe"RegulationsontheAdministrationofPermanentResidentsofShanghai","Forthosewhogoabroadtosettledownorbecomeforeignnationals,theyshouldapplyforcancellationoftheirhouseholdregistrationatthepolicestationwheretheirhouseholdregistrationislocated."Youneedtocancelyouraccount,otherwiseyouwillnotbeabletoapply.
1.已加入外國(guó)國(guó)籍的華人。依據(jù)《上海市常住戶口管理規(guī)定》，“出國(guó)定居者或加入外國(guó)國(guó)籍的，本人應(yīng)當(dāng)向戶口所在地公安派出所辦理注銷戶口登記。”加入外國(guó)國(guó)籍后，回到中國(guó)申請(qǐng)各類簽證、居留許可等都需要注銷戶口，否則將無法申請(qǐng)。
2.OverseasChinesewhohavesettledabroad.Theapplicanthastherightofpermanentresidenceabroad,andhaslivedinthecountryfortwoconsecutiveyears,withatotalofnotlessthan18monthsinthetwoyears,andcanberecognizedasaresidentabroad,andthehouseholdregistrationmustbecancelled;theapplicanthasnotobtainedtherightofpermanentresidenceabroad,buthasobtainedlegalresidencestatusformorethan5consecutiveyears,andhaslivedinthecountryfornotlessthan30monthsintotalwithin5years,isregardedasanoverseasChinese,andisalsorecognizedasaresidentabroad.
2.出國(guó)定居的華僑。申請(qǐng)人具有國(guó)外的永久居留權(quán)，且在該國(guó)連續(xù)居住兩年，兩年內(nèi)合計(jì)居住不少于18個(gè)月，可被認(rèn)定為出國(guó)定居者，須注銷戶口；申請(qǐng)人未獲得國(guó)外的永久居留權(quán)，但已取得連續(xù)5年以上的合法居留資格，5年內(nèi)在該國(guó)合計(jì)居住不少于30個(gè)月，被視為華僑，同樣被認(rèn)定為出國(guó)定居者。
