前言
學(xué)校概況
無錫科技職業(yè)學(xué)院是江蘇省首家由國家級高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)舉辦的公辦高職院校、江蘇省示范性高職院校。
學(xué)校位于中國最具經(jīng)濟(jì)活力的長三角幾何中心、吳文化發(fā)源地、素有“太湖明珠”之稱的歷史文化名城——江蘇省無錫市，坐落在擁有3000多家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)、53家世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)的國家級開發(fā)區(qū)——無錫高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)的核心地帶。毗鄰景色優(yōu)美怡人的新洲生態(tài)園，周邊機(jī)場、高鐵、地鐵等交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完備，環(huán)境優(yōu)雅、交通便利。
辦學(xué)條件
學(xué)校現(xiàn)有校內(nèi)外專兼職教師539人，“雙師”素質(zhì)比例為86.21%。建有校內(nèi)實(shí)踐基地40個、校外實(shí)訓(xùn)基地208家，校內(nèi)外專兼職教師539人，聘請80余名企業(yè)海歸博士、行業(yè)精英、企業(yè)技術(shù)專家擔(dān)任學(xué)校產(chǎn)業(yè)教授，在校全日制學(xué)生9000多名。
院系設(shè)置
學(xué)校設(shè)有物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)學(xué)院、人工智能學(xué)院、智能制造學(xué)院、商學(xué)院（空港物流學(xué)院）、文化旅游學(xué)院、數(shù)字藝術(shù)學(xué)院、海外教育學(xué)院、繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院和基礎(chǔ)部等9個二級學(xué)院(部),設(shè)置33個專業(yè)。學(xué)校的30多個專業(yè)全部與無錫的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng),與高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展精準(zhǔn)對接。

留學(xué)生工作管理委員會的工作范圍包括：負(fù)責(zé)制定留學(xué)生工作管理制度；統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)留學(xué)生招生錄取與教學(xué)管理工作；建設(shè)留學(xué)生培養(yǎng)工作的師資隊伍；統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)留學(xué)生日常管理、宿舍管理、安全保障、醫(yī)療保障、資金保障、突發(fā)事件處理以及其他相關(guān)保障服務(wù)工作。
三、入學(xué)與注冊
1.按國家招生規(guī)定錄取的新生，持錄取通知書、護(hù)照、高中成績單等有關(guān)證件及材料，按學(xué)校規(guī)定的期限到校辦理入學(xué)手續(xù)。因故不能按期入學(xué)的，應(yīng)于報到截止日期前向?qū)W校提交書面申請，辦理請假手續(xù)。請假周期不可超過兩周。未請假或者請假逾期的，除因不可抗力等正當(dāng)事由以外，視為放棄入學(xué)資格。
2.學(xué)校在報到時對新生入學(xué)資格進(jìn)行初步審查，審查合格并經(jīng)出入境檢疫部門認(rèn)定身體健康的辦理入學(xué)手續(xù)。教務(wù)處根據(jù)新生入學(xué)報到及入學(xué)資格初審情況注冊學(xué)籍，并按照教育部相關(guān)要求完成學(xué)信網(wǎng)新生學(xué)籍電子注冊工作。
經(jīng)學(xué)校審查如發(fā)現(xiàn)新生的錄取通知、考生信息等證明材料，與本人實(shí)際情況不符，或者有其他違反國家招生規(guī)定情形的，取消入學(xué)資格。
3.以下情況，新生可以向?qū)W校申請保留入學(xué)資格。保留入學(xué)資格期間不具有學(xué)籍。
(1)經(jīng)二級甲等(含)以上醫(yī)院診斷，認(rèn)為不宜在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)、但經(jīng)短期治療后可達(dá)到健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的，由新生本人申請、學(xué)校批準(zhǔn)，可保留入學(xué)資格一年。
(2)因其它因素?zé)o法入學(xué)的，由新生本人申請、學(xué)校批準(zhǔn)，可保留入學(xué)資格一年。
新生保留入學(xué)資格期滿前應(yīng)向?qū)W校申請入學(xué)，經(jīng)學(xué)校審查合格后，辦理入學(xué)手續(xù)。審查不合格的，取消入學(xué)資格;逾期不辦理入學(xué)手續(xù)且未有因不可抗力延遲等正當(dāng)理由的，視為放棄入學(xué)資格。
4.學(xué)生入學(xué)后，學(xué)校在3個月內(nèi)按照國家招生規(guī)定進(jìn)行復(fù)查。復(fù)查內(nèi)容主要包括以下方面
(1)錄取手續(xù)及程序等是否合乎國家招生規(guī)定；
(2)所獲得的錄取資格是否真實(shí)、合乎相關(guān)規(guī)定;
(3)本人及身份證明與錄取通知是否一致;
(4)身心健康狀況是否符合報考專業(yè)或者專業(yè)類別體檢要求，能否保證在校正常學(xué)習(xí)與生活。
復(fù)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生存在弄虛作假、徇私舞弊等情形的，確定為復(fù)查不合格，取消學(xué)籍;情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，學(xué)校將移交有關(guān)部門調(diào)查處理。
復(fù)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生身心狀況不適宜在校學(xué)習(xí)，經(jīng)學(xué)校指定的二級甲等(含)以上醫(yī)院診斷，需要在家休養(yǎng)的，可以按照本章第3條的規(guī)定保留入學(xué)資格。
復(fù)查的程序和辦法，參照學(xué)校當(dāng)年新生復(fù)查的程序及辦法處理。
5.每學(xué)期開學(xué)時，學(xué)生應(yīng)當(dāng)按學(xué)校規(guī)定辦理注冊手續(xù)。不能如期注冊者，應(yīng)當(dāng)履行暫緩注冊手續(xù)。未按學(xué)校規(guī)定繳納學(xué)費(fèi)或者有其他不符合注冊條件的，不予注冊。
四、簽證
1.持有效簽證或居留許可，可以前往中國政府規(guī)定的對外國人開放的地區(qū)旅行。未經(jīng)允許，請勿進(jìn)入不對外國人開放的地區(qū)和場所。違反上述規(guī)定，公安機(jī)關(guān)將按外國人管理法的相關(guān)規(guī)定予以處理。
2.留學(xué)生申請辦理或者延長在華學(xué)習(xí)居留許可，一般由學(xué)校進(jìn)行擔(dān)保一年一簽，受到嚴(yán)重警告及以上處分的則半年一簽，學(xué)校認(rèn)定不適合在校學(xué)習(xí)的情況，則不提供擔(dān)保。
3.再次入境簽證、簽證類型變更及居留許可延期手續(xù)
持F類簽證的留學(xué)生在其簽證有效期內(nèi)出境并需返回中國的，需提前持有效護(hù)照、居住地所屬派出所出具的“境外人士臨時住宿登記”憑證(住校內(nèi)外的學(xué)生均需辦理)、護(hù)照復(fù)印件(照片頁、簽證頁和最后一次入境簽章頁)、經(jīng)檢索的數(shù)碼簽證照片和回執(zhí)等前往無錫市行政服務(wù)中心辦理再次入境簽證手續(xù)。未按規(guī)定辦理而引起的一切問題均由學(xué)生本人負(fù)責(zé)。
根據(jù)中國政府的有關(guān)規(guī)定，來華學(xué)習(xí)半年期限的國際學(xué)生可持F類簽證，學(xué)歷生必須申辦X類簽證，并在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)辦理居留許可。手續(xù)是:憑外國留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請表(JW202表)、入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局出具的健康證明、錄取通知書、居住地所屬派出所出具的“境外人士臨時住宿登記表”(住校內(nèi)外的學(xué)生均需辦理)、學(xué)校在讀證明、有效護(hù)照、護(hù)照復(fù)印件(照片頁、簽證頁和最后一次入境簽章頁)和經(jīng)檢索的數(shù)碼簽證照片和回執(zhí)等向無錫市行政服務(wù)中心申請變更簽證，并辦理居留許可。未按規(guī)定辦理而引起的一切問題均由學(xué)生本人負(fù)責(zé)。
留學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束離開中國，憑本人有效護(hù)照并在簽證或居留許可的有效期內(nèi)出境。如因故不能按期出境，需提出申請，經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)辦理簽證延期手續(xù)。
在居留許可有效期期滿后需繼續(xù)在中國學(xué)習(xí)的留學(xué)生，應(yīng)在有效期滿前申請延長。手續(xù)是:持有效護(hù)照、居住地所屬派出所出具的“境外人士臨時住宿登記表”(住校內(nèi)外的學(xué)生均需辦理)、護(hù)照復(fù)印件(照片頁、簽證頁和最后一次入境簽章頁)、經(jīng)檢索的數(shù)碼簽證照片和回執(zhí)等前往無錫市行政服務(wù)中心辦理。
過期未辦理延期手續(xù)者，公安局將處以罰款。各項簽證、證件不得私自涂改、損壞，違者將受到處罰。
4.關(guān)于隨身攜帶身份證件的提示
根據(jù)中國左邊法律右邊的規(guī)定和公安局的要求，留學(xué)生離開校園或住所外出的時候，需隨身攜帶護(hù)照和身份證件，以便警方隨時查驗(yàn)。如遇警方盤查時，需主動配合，向警方出示護(hù)照和身份證件。
五、收費(fèi)及退費(fèi)辦法
1.自費(fèi)生在入學(xué)報到時以人民幣現(xiàn)金繳納學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi);新生還需繳納報名費(fèi)。學(xué)習(xí)期限不滿一學(xué)期者，按半年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)繳交學(xué)費(fèi);學(xué)習(xí)期限在一學(xué)期以上，一學(xué)年以下者，按一年標(biāo)準(zhǔn)繳交學(xué)費(fèi)。不按規(guī)定繳費(fèi)者不予注冊。
2.自費(fèi)生必須最遲在開學(xué)后10天內(nèi)繳納學(xué)費(fèi)。因特殊原因，由本人申請，經(jīng)學(xué)校同意，可以緩繳，但不得遲于報到后一個月。緩交學(xué)費(fèi)者需另交學(xué)期學(xué)費(fèi)總額百分之五的滯納金。但是否同意緩交，學(xué)校主管部門視具體個案而定。
住宿費(fèi)一般按年度繳納，緩交住宿費(fèi)者也需另繳學(xué)期住宿費(fèi)總額的百分之五滯納金。因結(jié)業(yè)、休學(xué)、退學(xué)等原因而離校時，該年度已繳納住宿費(fèi)不予退還。
3.自費(fèi)生繳納學(xué)費(fèi)后要求退費(fèi)，開課前可退80%，開課后中途輟學(xué)、退學(xué)要求退學(xué)費(fèi)者，上半年4月30日前辦理，退還50%，5月1日后不辦理；下半年10月30前辦理，退50%，1月1日后不再辦理；已辦理延長簽證或居留許可者，需變更簽證成注銷居留許可后方可申請辦理退費(fèi)手續(xù)。被開除學(xué)籍者，已交學(xué)費(fèi)不退。
4.留學(xué)生必須按照國家有關(guān)規(guī)定和學(xué)校要求購買來華留學(xué)生意外傷害、醫(yī)療等相關(guān)保險。中途退學(xué)者，保費(fèi)不退。
六、考勤與紀(jì)律
1.留學(xué)生應(yīng)按時參加培養(yǎng)計劃規(guī)定和學(xué)校統(tǒng)一安排的一切活動，自覺遵守學(xué)習(xí)紀(jì)律，不遲到，不早退，不曠課。留學(xué)生上課、實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)習(xí)等均實(shí)行考勤。任課教師應(yīng)有留學(xué)生的出勤記載，并報二級學(xué)院備案。留學(xué)生因病或其他原因不能堅持學(xué)習(xí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)辦理請假手續(xù)。
2.留學(xué)生因病請假，須憑二級甲等(含)以上醫(yī)院證明。請事假須附其他有關(guān)證明。在人才培養(yǎng)方案規(guī)定的學(xué)習(xí)期間不得請長假旅行。
3.留學(xué)生請假期滿后，留學(xué)生應(yīng)及時回到所在班級參加學(xué)習(xí);如需續(xù)假者，按請假規(guī)定及時辦理續(xù)假手續(xù)。請假超過本學(xué)期總學(xué)時三分之一以上的留學(xué)生，予以休學(xué)處理。如本人未申請休學(xué)，則作退學(xué)處理。
4.對有違反左邊法律右邊法規(guī)、本規(guī)定以及學(xué)校紀(jì)律行為的學(xué)生，學(xué)校給予批評教育，并可視情節(jié)輕重，給予如下紀(jì)律處分:
(1)警告;
(2)嚴(yán)重警告;
(3)記過;
(4)留校察看;
(5)開除學(xué)籍。
5.留學(xué)生無故不得缺席班主任召開的班會或談心談話、學(xué)校統(tǒng)一組織的要求留學(xué)生出席的各類文體活動等。如未經(jīng)請假或請假未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)缺席班會、班主任談心談話、各二級學(xué)院組織的文體活動等記為曠課2學(xué)時;未經(jīng)請假或請假未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)缺席學(xué)校統(tǒng)一組織并要求參加的文體活動的，記為曠課4個學(xué)時。
6.學(xué)生有下列情形之一，學(xué)校可以給予開除學(xué)籍處分:
(1)違反中國國家憲法，反對四項基本原則、破壞安定團(tuán)結(jié)、擾亂社會秩序的;
(2)觸犯國家左邊法律右邊，構(gòu)成刑事犯罪的;
(3)受到治安管理處罰，情節(jié)嚴(yán)重、性質(zhì)惡劣的;
(4)代替他人或者讓他人代替自己參加考試、組織作弊、使用通訊設(shè)備或其他器材作弊、向他人出售考試試題或答案牟取利益，以及其他嚴(yán)重作弊或擾亂考試秩序行為的;
(5)論文、公開發(fā)表的研究成果存在抄襲、篡改、偽造等學(xué)術(shù)不端行為，情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，或者代寫論文、買賣論文的;
(6)違反本規(guī)定和學(xué)校規(guī)定，嚴(yán)重影響學(xué)校教育教學(xué)秩序、生活秩序以及公共場所管理秩序的;
(7)侵害其他個人、組織合法權(quán)益，造成嚴(yán)重后果的;
(8)屢次違反學(xué)校規(guī)定受到紀(jì)律處分，經(jīng)教育不改的。
7.學(xué)校對學(xué)生作出處分，應(yīng)當(dāng)出具處分決定書。處分決定書應(yīng)當(dāng)包括下列內(nèi)容:
(1)學(xué)生的基本信息;
(2)作出處分的事實(shí)和證據(jù);
(3)處分的種類、依據(jù)、期限;
(4)申訴的途徑和期限;
(5)其他必要內(nèi)容。
8.學(xué)校給予學(xué)生處分，應(yīng)當(dāng)堅持教育與懲戒相結(jié)合，與學(xué)生違法、違紀(jì)行為的性質(zhì)和過錯的嚴(yán)重程度相適應(yīng)。學(xué)校對學(xué)生的處分，應(yīng)當(dāng)做到證據(jù)充分、依據(jù)明確、定性準(zhǔn)確、程序正當(dāng)、處分適當(dāng)。
9.在對學(xué)生作出處分或者其他處理決定之前，學(xué)校應(yīng)當(dāng)告知學(xué)生作出決定的事實(shí)、理由及依據(jù)，并告知學(xué)生享有陳述和申辯的權(quán)利，聽取學(xué)生的陳述和申辯。處理、處分決定以及處分告知書等，應(yīng)當(dāng)直接送達(dá)學(xué)生本人，學(xué)生拒絕簽收的，可以留置方式送達(dá);已離校的，可以采取郵寄方式送達(dá);難于聯(lián)系的，可以利用學(xué)院櫥窗、學(xué)院網(wǎng)站、新聞媒體等以公告方式送達(dá)。
10.對學(xué)生作出取消入學(xué)資格、開除學(xué)籍或者其他涉及學(xué)生重大利益的處理或者處分決定的，應(yīng)當(dāng)提交校長辦公會或者校長授權(quán)的專門會議研究決定。
11.除開除學(xué)籍處分以外，給予學(xué)生處分一般應(yīng)當(dāng)設(shè)置6到12個月期限，到期按學(xué)校規(guī)定程序予以解除。解除處分后，學(xué)生獲得表彰、獎勵及其他權(quán)益，不再受原處分的影響。
12.對學(xué)生的獎勵、處理、處分及解除處分材料，學(xué)校應(yīng)當(dāng)真實(shí)完整地歸入學(xué)校文書檔案和本人檔案。
13.被開除學(xué)籍的學(xué)生，由學(xué)校發(fā)給學(xué)習(xí)證明。學(xué)生按學(xué)校、公安出入境部門規(guī)定期限離校出境。
七、考核與成績記載
1.學(xué)校實(shí)行學(xué)分制管理。
2.學(xué)生應(yīng)當(dāng)參加學(xué)校專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案規(guī)定的課程和各種教育教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)(以下統(tǒng)稱課程)的考核，考核成績記入成績冊，并歸入學(xué)籍檔案。
3.考核分為考試和考查兩種。成績的評定一般采用百分制或四級分制(優(yōu)秀、良好、及各、不及格)等記分方式，按學(xué)期記載。
課程考核的總評成績應(yīng)結(jié)合平時、期中、期末考核和技能考核成績綜合評定。平時考核成績根據(jù)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、提問、課外作業(yè)和測驗(yàn)等情況綜合評定。綜合實(shí)踐課的考核成績應(yīng)根據(jù)技能考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和綜合實(shí)踐過程表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜合評定
學(xué)生所學(xué)課程的考核均須取得60分(或及格)以上的成績方可取得相應(yīng)的學(xué)分。考核不合格的課程，學(xué)生可選擇重修或補(bǔ)考。
4.學(xué)生可以申請輔修校內(nèi)其他專業(yè)或者選修其他專業(yè)課程;可以申請跨校輔修專業(yè)或者修讀課程，參加學(xué)校認(rèn)可的開放式網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生修讀的課程成績(學(xué)分)，學(xué)校審核同意后，予以承認(rèn)。
5.學(xué)生參加創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)、社會實(shí)踐等活動以及發(fā)表論文、獲得專利授權(quán)等與專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)、學(xué)業(yè)要求相關(guān)的經(jīng)歷、成果，可以折算為學(xué)分，計入學(xué)業(yè)成績。
6.學(xué)校健全學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績和學(xué)籍檔案管理制度，真實(shí)、完整地記載、出具學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)成績，對通過補(bǔ)考、重修獲得的成績，予以標(biāo)注。公選課多選可在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)退選。若沒退選且沒參與學(xué)習(xí)或?qū)W習(xí)成績不及格，將予以標(biāo)注。學(xué)生因退學(xué)等情況中止學(xué)業(yè)，其在校學(xué)習(xí)期間所修課程及已獲得學(xué)分，應(yīng)當(dāng)予以記錄。學(xué)生重新參加入學(xué)考試、符合錄取條件，再次入學(xué)的，其已獲得學(xué)分，經(jīng)學(xué)校認(rèn)定，可予以承認(rèn)。
7.學(xué)生嚴(yán)重違反考核紀(jì)律或者作弊的，該課程考核成績記為無效，不得參加學(xué)期補(bǔ)考，并應(yīng)視其違紀(jì)或者作弊情節(jié)，給予相應(yīng)的紀(jì)律處分。給予警告、嚴(yán)重警告、記過及留校察看處分的，經(jīng)教育表現(xiàn)較好，可在處分解除后給予該課程補(bǔ)考或者重修機(jī)會。
8.學(xué)生應(yīng)當(dāng)按時參加教育教學(xué)計劃規(guī)定的活動。不能按時參加的應(yīng)當(dāng)事先請假并獲得批準(zhǔn)，無故缺考者，成績以零分計入。
八、住宿管理規(guī)定
1.凡在無錫科技職業(yè)學(xué)院正式注冊的學(xué)生，都有住宿的權(quán)利，有遵守宿舍管理有關(guān)規(guī)定的義務(wù)。
2.學(xué)生住宿須服從海外教育學(xué)院、后勤處的統(tǒng)一調(diào)配。
3.學(xué)生須按分配的宿舍、床位對號住宿，不得擅自調(diào)換宿舍、床位及門鎖。不準(zhǔn)私自安排他人住宿。
4.每個宿舍推選宿舍長一名，其職責(zé)是協(xié)助做好本室成員的思想工作，并負(fù)責(zé)本室成員的課余學(xué)習(xí)、宿舍衛(wèi)生、體育鍛煉、生活事務(wù)和公共財物的管理工作，宿舍長由本室成員民主選舉產(chǎn)生。
5.愛護(hù)公共財物，保持室內(nèi)財產(chǎn)完整無缺、無損;室內(nèi)的一切公物不得任意移用或挪作他用;也不得擅自將學(xué)校其它公物搬到室內(nèi)。嚴(yán)禁在室內(nèi)或走廊墻壁上亂涂亂貼;嚴(yán)禁用腳踢門，用腳踢踩墻壁。凡損壞的照價賠償，并視情節(jié)輕重給予紀(jì)律處分。若查不到直接責(zé)任者，賠償由該宿舍成員共同承擔(dān)。
6.講究衛(wèi)生，自覺養(yǎng)成良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。宿舍長負(fù)責(zé)室內(nèi)外管理，建立衛(wèi)生值日制度，保持室內(nèi)整潔有序。嚴(yán)禁隨地吐痰，亂扔紙屑、瓜皮果殼及雜物;嚴(yán)禁向室外、走廊、樓下倒水及亂拋物品;嚴(yán)禁用水沖洗宿舍、走廊、樓梯;嚴(yán)禁在水槽、排污地漏、抽水馬桶內(nèi)丟棄廢物。
7.注意安全用電和節(jié)約用電。人離宿舍要斷電關(guān)燈，嚴(yán)禁私接電線、使用明火、使用大功率電器、焚燒物品。節(jié)約用水，用完后關(guān)緊水龍頭，嚴(yán)禁任意動用宿舍樓中的消防設(shè)備，禁止開啟配電箱及破壞廣播、通訊等設(shè)施。
8.嚴(yán)格遵守作息制度，按時起床、就寢。遲歸、早出憑學(xué)生證或班主任簽條登記出入。嚴(yán)禁在宿舍內(nèi)大聲喧嘩、打鬧;嚴(yán)禁在熄燈后點(diǎn)蠟燭或使用其它照明工具;禁止熄燈后大聲喧嘩吵鬧、彈奏樂器、收聽音樂，影響他人休息。
9.為確保人身安全，嚴(yán)禁坐在宿舍陽臺護(hù)欄上玩耍、聊天;嚴(yán)禁在陽臺護(hù)欄上放置花盆、椅子等物品，嚴(yán)禁翻越圍墻、門窗。
10.禁止學(xué)生在宿舍內(nèi)做飯。
11.禁止熄燈后在他人宿舍逗留，在盥洗室洗衣服。
12.禁止，在宿舍區(qū)吸煙、喝酒、打球;禁止一切形式的賭博或變相賭博活動;禁止將VCD及電視機(jī)等帶到寢室內(nèi)使用。
13.禁止閱讀、收聽、觀看、傳播、制作、販賣非法書刊和聲像制品。
14.不得參與非法傳銷和進(jìn)行邪教、封建迷信活動。未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)，學(xué)生在宿舍區(qū)域不得從事經(jīng)商活動，違者給予批評教育直至紀(jì)律處分。
15.未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)，宿舍內(nèi)不得留宿校外人員，住宿生不得在外留宿。
16.宿舍內(nèi)實(shí)行封閉式管理，男、女生宿舍嚴(yán)禁異性學(xué)生入內(nèi)，若有特殊情況須經(jīng)輔導(dǎo)員或班主任批準(zhǔn)、登記后方可進(jìn)入。
17.做好安全防范工作，離開房間或宿舍無人時都必須將房門關(guān)好、鎖好。
18.損壞公物要賠償，宿舍維修實(shí)行報修制度，需維修的物品報宿舍管理員處。
19.假期留校者須經(jīng)海外教育學(xué)院(相應(yīng)二級學(xué)院)批準(zhǔn)，于放假前一周內(nèi)辦理住宿登記手續(xù)，并將匯總名單報送校保衛(wèi)處備案。未經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)擅自留宿者，要嚴(yán)肅處理，并補(bǔ)交住宿管
20.違反上述有關(guān)條款規(guī)定者，根據(jù)《無錫科技職業(yè)學(xué)院學(xué)生違紀(jì)處理規(guī)定》予以酌情扣分或紀(jì)律處分，其他未盡事宜可參照學(xué)校中國學(xué)生管理手冊執(zhí)行。
九、醫(yī)療
1.新生報到后必須在相關(guān)出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫部門進(jìn)行體檢，經(jīng)檢查身體健康狀況不合格者，不予注冊。
2.根據(jù)中國教育部規(guī)定，來華留學(xué)生必須購買保險，否則不予注冊或予以退學(xué)。學(xué)生需要在每學(xué)年報到時繳納繳清該年度所需的保險費(fèi)用。
3.留學(xué)生生病應(yīng)及時就醫(yī)，確診為嚴(yán)重疾病需及時報告海外教育學(xué)院。學(xué)生醫(yī)療費(fèi)用自理，保險理賠時海外教育學(xué)院可協(xié)助提供必要的材料。
4.一切因?qū)W生本人違法違紀(jì)造成的人身傷害或醫(yī)療費(fèi)用，學(xué)校概不負(fù)責(zé)。
十、課余生活
1.學(xué)校設(shè)有體育館，設(shè)有網(wǎng)球場、籃球場、足球場等體育活動設(shè)施，留學(xué)生可按學(xué)校有關(guān)規(guī)定使用。
2.留學(xué)生可以參加本校學(xué)生會組織的社團(tuán)、運(yùn)動隊及有關(guān)的課余文娛體育活動，歡迎參加校方在重大節(jié)日舉辦的各種慶?；顒?。
3.根據(jù)《中華人民共和國外國人入境出境管理條例》規(guī)定，來華實(shí)習(xí)留學(xué)生，持學(xué)習(xí)類居留證件的外國人所持居留證件未加注前款規(guī)定信息的，不得在校外勤工助學(xué)或?qū)嵙?xí)。如未經(jīng)過校方同意在外勤工助學(xué)或?qū)嵙?xí)，一切后果由本人承擔(dān)，與校方無關(guān)。
4.學(xué)校尊重外國留學(xué)生的民族習(xí)俗和宗教信仰，但任何組織和個人不得在宿舍、校園內(nèi)開展任何形式的宗教活動。
5.外國人禁止攜帶有危害中國社會公共利益內(nèi)容的印刷品和音像制品來華。
十一、借閱圖書
1.留學(xué)生憑學(xué)生證和校園卡到學(xué)校圖書館開通借書功能。
2.要愛護(hù)圖書，不得涂劃或損壞，丟失或損壞圖書應(yīng)按規(guī)定賠償
3.借書證只限本人使用，不得轉(zhuǎn)借他人。
4.以上規(guī)定如有變化，應(yīng)以圖書館制訂的管理條例為準(zhǔn)。
十二、畢業(yè)、結(jié)業(yè)與肄業(yè)
1.學(xué)生在學(xué)校規(guī)定學(xué)習(xí)年限內(nèi)，修完人才培養(yǎng)方案規(guī)定內(nèi)容，成績合格，達(dá)到畢業(yè)要求的，準(zhǔn)予畢業(yè)，學(xué)生按規(guī)定辦理離校手續(xù)，在離校前領(lǐng)取畢業(yè)證書。
2.學(xué)生在學(xué)校規(guī)定學(xué)習(xí)年限內(nèi)，修完人才培養(yǎng)方案規(guī)定內(nèi)容，但未達(dá)到畢業(yè)要求的，準(zhǔn)予結(jié)業(yè)，發(fā)結(jié)業(yè)證書。
3.學(xué)滿一學(xué)年以上退學(xué)的學(xué)生，學(xué)?？砂l(fā)寫實(shí)性學(xué)習(xí)證明。
十三、離校
1.學(xué)生結(jié)業(yè)或畢業(yè)，在離開本校前，應(yīng)向有關(guān)部門交還借用的物品、圖書，并將學(xué)生證等交還海外教育學(xué)院。
2.學(xué)生在離校前一天，應(yīng)清點(diǎn)歸還各項生活用品，離校時交還房間鑰匙，自費(fèi)生應(yīng)付清住房費(fèi)用或其他欠款。
3.結(jié)業(yè)或畢業(yè)的學(xué)生，在居留許可規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)離校出境。
4.對受到開除學(xué)籍處分和退學(xué)的學(xué)生，由海外教育學(xué)院及時通知句容市公安局出入境大隊依法取消其居留許可，限期監(jiān)督離境。
5.根據(jù)校方要求，如遇假期需短暫離校，需本人簽署《留學(xué)生個人安全責(zé)任承諾書》，假期期間，學(xué)生一切人身財產(chǎn)安全需自負(fù)責(zé)任。

Ⅲ.Registration
1.Thenewlyenrolledstudentsadmittedaccordingtothenationalenrollmentregulationsmustcometothecollegetogothroughtheenrollmentproceduresonthedatesspecifiedbythecollegewiththeadmissionnotice,passport,highschooltranscriptandotherrelevantcertificatesandmaterials.Ifthestudentisunabletoentertheschoolontime,he1shemusttheformalitiesforaskingforleave.Leaveperiodshouldnotexceedtwoweeks.Thosewhodonotaskforleaveorareoverduewillbedeemedtohavegivenuptheirqualificationforadmission,exceptforlegitimatereasonssuchasforcemajeure.
2.Thecollegewillconductpreliminaryexaminationontheadmissionqualificationofnewstudentsatthetimeofregistration,andhandletheadmissionformalitiesiftheypasstheexaminationandareconfirmedtobehealthybytheentry-exitquarantinedepartment.TheOfficeofTeachingAffairsmustregisterthestudentstatusaccordingtothepreliminaryexaminationoftheenrollmentqualification,andcompletetheelectronicregistrationofthenewstudentstatusonChinaHigherEducationStudentInformationandCareerCenterinaccordancewiththerelevantrequirementsoftheMinistryofEducation.
If,uponexamination,thecollegefindsthattheadmissionnotice,examineeinformationandothersupportingmaterialsofthefreshmendonotconformtotheactualsituationofthefreshmen,orthereareothercircumstancesinviolationofthenationalenrollmentregulations,theadmissionqualificationshallbecanceled.
3.Underthefollowingcircumstances,newstudentscanapplytotheschoolforretentionofadmissionqualifications.His/Herstudentstatuswillnotbekeptduringtheperiodofretentionofadmissionqualification.
(l)ifthestudentisfoundnotsuitabletostudyintheschool,butcanreachthehealthstandardaftershort-termtreatmentafterbeingdiagnosedbyahospitalatoraboveLevelAGrade-2,he/shecanretaintheenrollmentqualificationforoneyearuponapplicationandapprovalofthecollege.
(2)ifthestudentisunabletoreporttotheschoolduetootherreasons,he/shecanretaintheenrollmentqualificationforoneyearuponapplicationandapprovalofthecollege.
Newstudentsmustapplytotheschoolforadmissionbeforetheexpirationoftheirretentionofenrollmentqualification,andgothroughtheenrollmentproceduresafterpassingthequalificationcheckingoftheschool.Thosewhofailtopassthecheckingshallbedisqualified;thosewhofailtogothroughtheenrollmentprocedureswithinthetimelimitandhavenolegitimatereasonssuchasdelayduetoforcemajeureshallbedeemedtohavegivenuptheirenrollmentqualifications.
4.Afterthestudentsarrivedatschool,theschoolshallreviewinaccordancewiththenationalenrollmentregulationswithinthreemonths.Thereviewmainlyincludesthefollowingaspects:
(1)whethertheadmissionproceduresconformtothenationalenrollmentregulations;
(2)whethertheadmissionqualificationsobtainedaretrueandconformtorelevantregulations;
(3)whetherthepersonandidentitycertificateareconsistentwiththeadmissionnotice;
(4)whetherthephysicalandmentalhealthconditionsmeetthephysicalexaminationrequirementsoftheappliedmajorormajorcategorytoensurenormalstudyandlifeinthecollege;
Intherechecking,ifitisfoundthatthephysicalandmentalconditionofthestudentisnotsuitabletocontinuehis/herstudy,andtheyneedtorecuperateathomeafterbeingdiagnosedbyGradeIILevelAhospitaldesignatedbytheschool,theymayretaintheiradmissionqualificationsinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofArticle3ofthischapter.
TheproceduresandmethodsforrecheckingshallbehandledinaccordancewiththeproceduresandmethodsforrecheckingChineseFreshmenofthecollege.
5.Atthebeginningofeachsemester,studentsmustgothroughtheregistrationproceduresaccordingtotheregulationsofthecollege.Incaseoffailuretoregisterasscheduled,theregistrationsuspensionproceduresshallbeperformed.Thosewhofailtopaytuitionfeesinaccordancewiththeregulationsofthecollegeorfailtomeetotherrequirementsforregistrationshallnotberegistered.
Ⅳ.Visa
1.Withavalidvisaorresidencepermit,studentscantraveltoareasopentoforeignersasstipulatedbytheChinesegovernment.Donotenterareasandplacesconfidentialtoforeignerswithoutpermission.Undercircumstancesofviolationoftheaboveprovision,thepublicsecuritydepartmentwillhandleinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofthelawontheadministrationofforeigners.
2.Whenaninternationalstudentappliesfororextendshis/herresidencepermitinChina,he/sheisgenerallyguaranteedbythecollegeonceayear,orhalfayearifhe/sheisseriouslywarnedorgivenharsherpunishment.Ifthecollegefindsthathe/sheisnotsuitableforstudyinginschool,he1shewillnotbegivenaguarantee.
3.Re-entryvisa,changeofvisatypeandextensionofresidencepermit
ForinternationalstudentswithFvisawhowanttoleaveChinaandreturntoChinawithinthevalidityperiodoftheirvisa,theyneedtogotoWuxiAdministrativeServiceCenterinadvancewithvalidpassport,certificateof"temporaryaccommodationregistrationform"issuedbythelocalpolicestation(forstudentsaccommodatebothinsideandoutsidethecollege),copyofpassport(photopage,visapageandthelatestentrypage),retrieveddigital,visaphotoandreceiptetc.Tocompletere-entryvisaformalities.Allproblemscausedbyfailuretocomplywiththeregulationswillbetheresponsibilityofthestudentsthemselves.
AccordingtotherelevantregulationsoftheChinesegovernment,internationalstudentswhocometoChinaforhalfayearcanholdtheFvisa,andthoseadmittedtodiplomaprogrammustbearthexvisaandapplyforresidencepermitwithinthespecifiedtime.Theproceduresareasfollows:bringthevisaapplicationform(JW202form)foroverseasstudentstocometoChina,thehealthcertificateissuedbytheExitandEntryInspectionandQuarantineBureau,theadmissionnotice,theregistrationformfortemporaryaccommodateofoverseaspeopleissuedbythelocalpolicestationforstudentsaccommodatebothinsideandoutsidethecollege),theschool'sstudyingcertificatevalidpassport,copyofpassport(photopage,visapageandlastentrypage)andtheretrieveddigitalvisaphotosandreceipt,etc.toWuxiAdministrativeServiceCenterforvisachangeandapplyforresidencepermit.Allproblemscausedbyfailuretocomplywiththeregulationswillbetheresponsibilityofthestudentsthemselves.
InternationalstudentswhocompleteorendtheirstudymustleaveChinawiththeirvalidpassportsandvalidvisasorresidencepermits.Iftheycan'tleavethecountryontimeforunexpectedreason,theyneedtoapplyandgothroughvisaextensionformalitiesafterapproval,
InternationalstudentswhoneedtocontinuestudyinginChinamustapplyforextension,beforetheexpirationoftheresidencepermit.Theproceduresare:bringthevalidpassport,the"registrationformoftemporaryaccommodationforoverseaspeople"issuedbythelocalpolicestation(forstudentsaccommodatebothinsideandoutsidethecollege),copyofthepassport(photopage,visapageandthelastentrypage),theretrieveddigitalvisaphotoandreceipttoWuxiAdministrativeServiceCenter.
ThePublicSecurityBureauwillimposeafineonthosewhofailtogothroughtheextensionprocedureswithinthetimelimit.Allvisasandcertificatesmustnotbealteredordamagedwithoutpermission,andviolatorswillbepunished.
4.Tipsoncarrying左邊ID右邊card
AccordingtotheprovisionsofChineselawandtherequirementsofthePublicSecurityBureau,internationalstudentsarerequiredtocarrytheirpassportsandidentitydocumentswhentheyleavethecampusortheirresidence,sothatthepolicecancheckatanytime.Incaseofanyinquirybythepolice,studentsmusttaketheinitiativetocooperateandshowtheirpass-portsandidentitydocumentstothepolice.
Ⅴ.PaymentandRefundProceduresforStudents
1.Studentsarerequiredtopaytuitionandaccommodationfeesincashandthenewly-arrivedstudentswillalsohavetopayapplicationfees.Thosewhostudyforlessthanasemesterwillhavetopaytuitionfortheentiresemesterandthosewhostudyformorethanasemesterbutlessthanafullacademicyearwillhavetopaytuitionfortheentireacademicyear.Studentswhofailtopaytuitionwithinthespecifiedtimewillnotbeallowedtoregister.
2.Studentsmustpaytuitionnolaterthan10daysafterthestartofthenewsemester.Underspecialcircumstances,astudentmayapplyfortheschool'spermissiontodelaypayment.However,paymentmaynotbedelayedbeyondonemonthafterthestudent'sarrival,andafineforlatepaymentatfivepercentofthetotalpaymentwillbecharged.Whethertheapplicationforlatepaymentwillbeapprovedornotwillbesubjecttothecollegeauthoritiesaccordingtothespecificcase.
Thestudentswillhavetopayoneyear'shousingfee.Thosewhodelaytopayhousingfeeswillhavetopayanadditionalfivepercentofthetotalhousingfeeforonesemester.Whenastudentisleavingoncompletionofstudies,suspensionofschooling,ordroppingout,theaccommodationfeepaidintheyearwillnotberefunded.
3.Thosewhowouldliketoapplyforquittingschoolafterthepaymentofschoolfees,80%ofthetuitionwillberefundedbeforetheclassesbegin.Aftertheclassesbegin,only50%beforeApril30.NorefundwillbemadeafterMay1.Forthesecondhalfyear,50%ofthetuitionwillberefundedbeforeOctober30.AfterNovember1,norefundwillbemade.Thosewhohaveappliedfortheextensionofvisasorresidencepermitscannotgettherefunduntiltheychangethevisaorcanceltheresidencepermits.Norefundwillbemadeforstudentsbeingexpelledfromschool.
4.InlinewiththeregulationssetbytheChinesegovernmentauthorities,thosewhowouldliketostudyatthecollegeforasemesterormorewillhavetopurchaserelevantinsurances左邊offer右邊edbytheinsurancecompanies.Thisexpenseisnon-refundable.
Ⅵ.ClassAttendanceandDiscipline
1.Internationalstudentsshallparticipateinallactivitiesspecifiedinthetrainingprogramoruniformlyarrangedbytheschoolontime,consciouslyabidebythestudyingdiscipline,andshallnotbelate,leaveearlyorabsentfromclass.Internationalstudentsarerequiredtocheckattendanceinclass,experimentandpractice.Theteachersshallkeepattendancerecordsofinternationalstudentsandreporttothesecondaryschool.Internationalstudentswhoareunabletocontinuetheirstudyduetoillnessorotherreasonsshallgothroughtheformalitiesofaskingforleave.
2.InternationalstudentswhoaskforleaveduetoillnessmustpresentacertificatefromaGradeIILevelAhospitalorabove,andmustattachotherrelevantcertificatesforpersonalleave.Duringtheperiodofstudystipulatedinthetalenttrainingprogram,studentsareprohibitedtotakelongvacationfortraveling.
3.Whentheleaveisover,internationalstudentsmustreturntotheirclassesintimeforstudy;iftheyneedtoextendtheirleave,theymustgothroughtheextensionproceduresintimeaccordingtotheleaverequirements.Internationalstudentswhoaskforleaveformorethanonethirdofthetotalclasshoursofthissemesterwillbesuspended.Ifthestudentdonotapplyforsuspension,he/shewillbeexpelled.
4.Forstudentswhoviolatelawsandregulationsandschooldisciplines,thecollegeshallgivecriticismeducationand,dependingontheseriousnessofthecase,givethefollowingdisciplinarysanctions:
(1)warning;
(2)seriouswarning;
(3)demeritrecording;
(4)toremaininschoolforinspection;
(5)expulsionfromschool.
5.Internationalstudentsareprohibitedtomisstheclassmeetingoreducationalconversationheldbytheheadteacher,andallkindsofculturalandsportsactivitiesrequiredtheattendanceofinternationalstudentsorganizedbythecollege.Incaseofunapprovedabsencefromclassmeeting,educationalconversation,orculturalandsportsactivitiesorganizedbysecondaryschools,etc.,itshallberecordedas2classesofabsenteeism;incaseofunapprovedabsencefromculturalandsportsactivitiesorganizedandrequiredbythecollege,itshallberecordedas4classesofabsenteeism.
6.Underanyofthefollowingcircumstances,studentsmaybeexpelledfromtheschool:
(1)violatingtheconstitution,opposingthefourbasicprinciples,underminingstabilityandunity,anddisturbingsocialorder;
(2)violatingnationallawsandconstitutingacriminaloffence;
(3)beingpunishedbypublicsecuritymanagementforcesforseriousmisbehavior;
(4)takinganexaminationinsteadofothersorlettingotherstaketheexaminationinsteadofthemselves,organizingcheating,usingcheatingequipment,sellingexaminationquestionsoranswerstoothersforprofit,andotherseriouscheatingorharassingbehaviorsthatdisturbtheorderoftheexamination;
(5)plagiarism,falsification,forgeryandotheracademicmisconductexistinpapersandpubliclypublishedresearchresults,andthecircumstancesareserious,ortheywriteonbehalfofothersorsellpaperstoothers;
(6)thosewhoviolatetheseregulationsandschooldisciplinesandseriouslydisturbtheorderofschooleducationandteaching,lifeandpublicplacemanagement;
(7)infringinguponthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofotherindividualsororganizations,resultinginseriousconsequences;
(8)thosewhohavebeendisciplinedforrepeatedlyviolatingtheregulationsoftheschoolandhavenotchangedaftereducation.
7.Thecollegeshallissueadisciplinaryverdictforpunishingthestudents,whichshallincludethefollowingcontents:
(1)basicinformationofstudents;
(2)thefactsandevidenceofthepunishment;
(3)type,basisandtimelimitofpunishment;
(4)thewayandtimelimitofappeal;
(5)othernecessarycontents.
8.Thepunishmentgivenbytheschooltothestudentsshouldbecombinedwitheducationandpunishment,andbesuitableforthenatureandseverityofthestudents'illegalanddisciplinarybehaviors.Thepunishmentmadebytheschoolshallbebasedonsufficientevidence,clearbasis,accuratenature,properprocedureandappropriatepunishment.
9.Beforemakingadecisiononpunishmentorotherhandlingofastudent,theschoolshallinformthestudentofthefacts,reasonsandbasisforthedecision,informthestudentoftherighttomakeastatementandtodefendhimself,andlistentothestudent'sstatementanddefense.Thedisposal,punishmentdecisionanddisciplinaryverdictshallbedirectlydeliveredtothestudenthimselforherself.Ifthestudentrefusestosignonit,itcanbedeliveredbylien;ifthestudenthasleftthecollege,itcanbedeliveredbymail;ifitisdifficulttocontactthestudent,itcanbedeliveredbyannouncementusingtheschoolwebsite,newsmedia,etc.
10.Ifastudentistobedisqualifiedfromenrollment,expelledfromschool,orotherwisedealtwithorpunishedinawaythatinvolvesthemajorinterestsofthestudent,thedecisionshallbesubmittedtothepresident'sofficemeetingoraspecialmeetingauthorizedbythepresident.
11.Inadditiontothepunishment01expulsionfromschool,thepunishmentgiventostudentsshallgenerallybesetforaperiodof6to12months,whichshallbeundoneaccordingtotheproceduresprescribedbytheschool.Aftertheterminationofthepunishment,thestudentswillnotbeaffectedbytheoriginalpunishmentiftheyaregivencommendation,rewardandotherrightsandinterests.
12.Thecollegeshalltruthfullyandcompletelyclassifythematerialsforrewarding,handling,punishingandterminationthepunishmentsofthestudentsintotheschool'sdocumentfilesandtheirownfiles.
13.Studentswhohavebeenexpelledfromschoolshallbeissuedastudycertificatebytheschool.Studentsmustleavewithinalimitedtimeprescribedbythecollegeandtheexitandentrydepartmentofthepublicsecuritybureau.
Ⅶ.AssessmentandPerformanceRecord
1.Theschoolimplementscreditsystemmanagement.
2.Studentsshallparticipateintheassessmentofcoursesandvariouseducationalandteachingprograms(hereinafterreferredtoascourses)specifiedintheschool'sprofessionaltalenttrainingprogram,andtheassessmentresultsshallberecordedinthescorebookandincludedinthestudent'sfile.
3.Theassessmentisdividedintoexaminationandassessment.Generally,thescoresareevaluatedbyusingthescoringmethodssuchasthepercentagesystemorthefour-levelscoringsystem(excellent,good,pass,fail),whicharerecordedeachsemester.
Theoverallassessmentresultsofcourseassessmentshallbecombinedwiththecomprehensiveassessmentresultsofusual,mid-term,finalassessmentandskillassessment.Theassessmentresultsareevaluatedaccordingtothestudents'learningattitude,questions,homeworkandtests.
Theassessmentresultsofthepracticecoursemustbecomprehensivelyassessedaccording1otheskillassessmentstandardandtheperformanceofthecomprehensivepracticeprocess.
Studentsarerequiredtoobtainmorethan60points(orpass)intheassessmentoftheircoursesbeforetheycanobtaincorrespondingcredits.Studentscanchoosetoretakeormake-upexaminationforcourseswhofailtopasstheexamination.
4.Studentscanapplyforothermajorsintheschoolortakeotherprofessionalcourses:theycanapplyforCrossSchoolminorcoursesandparticipateintheopennetworkcoursesrecognizedbytheschool.Thecoursescores(credits)takenbythestudentswillberecognizedafterbeingapprovedbytheschool.
5.Students'experiencesandachievementsrelatedtoprofessionallearningandacademicrequirements,suchasparticipatingininnovationandentrepreneurship,socialpractice.publishingpapers,obtainingpatentauthorization,canbeconvertedintocreditsandincludedinacademicachievements.
6.Theschoolwillimprovethemanagementsystemofstudents'academicachievementsandschoolstatusfiles,recordandissuestudents'academicachievementstruthfullyandcompletely,andmarkthegradesobtainedthroughmake-upexaminationandretraining.Multiplepublicelectivecoursescanbewithdrawnwithinthespecifiedtime.Notdroppingoutwhilenotparticipatinginthestudyorfailinginthestudywillbemarked.
Studentswhoaresuspendedduetodropoutandothercircumstanceswillberecordedforthecoursestheyhavetakenandcreditstheyhaveobtainedduringtheirstudyinschool.Ifastudentretakestheentranceexamination,meetstheadmissionconditions,andreenterstheschool,thecreditsobtainedbeforearerecognizedbytheschool.
7.Ifastudentseriouslyviolatesthedisciplineofassessmentorcheats,theassessmentresultofthecoursewillbedeemedinvalid,andhe/shemustnotparticipateinthemake-upexaminationofthesemester,andwillbegivencorrespondingdisciplinarypunishmentaccordingtothecircumstancesofhis/herviolationofdisciplineorcheats.Thosewhoarebegivenwarning,seriouswarning,demeritrecordingorinspectioncanbegivenachanceofmake-upexaminationorrestudyiftheyperformwellafterthepunishmentislifted.
8.Studentsmustparticipateintheactivitiesspecifiedintheeducationandteachingplanontime.Thosewhoareunabletoattendontimemustaskforleaveinadvanceandobtainapproval.Forthosewhoareabsentwithoutanyreason,thescorewillbecountedaszero.
Ⅷ.AccommodationManagementRegulations
1.AllstudentswhoareofficiallyregisteredinWSTChavetherighttostayandtheobligationtoabidebytherelevantregulationsondormitorymanagement.
2.TheaccommodationofstudentsmustbesubjecttotheunifiedallocationofSchoolofInternationalEducation,LogisticsManagementandServiceCenter.
3.Studentsareprohibitedtochangedormitories,bedsandlocks.Itisprohibitedtoarrangeaccommodationforotherswithoutpermission.
4.Onedormitorychiefisselectedforeachdormitory,whosedutyistoassistwiththeideologicalworkofthemembersoftheroom,andtoberesponsiblefortheafter-schoolstudy,dormitoryhealth,physicalexercise,lifeaffairsandpublicpropertymanagementofthemembersoftheroom.Thedormitorychiefisdemocraticallyelectedbythemembersoftheroom.
5.Takegoodcareofpublicpropertyandkeeptheindoorpropertyintact;allpublicpropertyintheroommustnotbearbitrarilymovedorusedforotherpurposes;andotherpublicpropertylntheschoolmustnotbemovedindoorswithoutauthorization.Itisforbiddentoscribbleandpasteontheindoororcorridorwalls;itisforbiddentokickthedoorandsteponthewalls.Anydamagemustbecompensatedaccordingtotheprice,anddisciplinarypunishmentmustbegivenaccordingtotheseriousnessofthecase.Ifnodirectresponsiblepersoncanbefound,thecompensationmustbesharedbythedormitorymembers.
6.Payattentiontohygieneandconsciouslydevelopgoodhygienehabits.Thedormitorychiefwillberesponsibleforindoorandoutdoormanagement,establishasanitarydutysystem,andkeeptheroomcleanandorderly.Itisstrictlyprohibitedtospiteverywhere,throwpaperscraps,melonskin,fruitshellsandsundries;itisstrictlyprohibitedtopourwaterandthrowobjectstotheoutdoor,corridoranddownstairs;itisstrictlyprohibitedtowashthedormitory,corridorandstairswithwater;itisstrictlyprohibitedtodiscardwastesinthesink,sewagefloordrainortoilet.
7.Payattentiontothesafeandeconomicaluseofelectricity.Whenpeopleleavethedormitory,theyshouldturnoffthepowerandturnoffthelights.Itisstrictlyforbiddentoconnectwires,useopenfire,usehigh-powerelectricalappliancesorburnarticles.Savewater,turnoffthefaucetafteruse,donotusethefire-fightingequipmentinthedormitorybuilding,donotopenthedistributionboxanddamagethebroadcasting,communicationandotherfacilities.
8.Strictlyabidebythecollegestudyandrestschedule,getupandgotobedontime.Latereturn,earlyleaveshouldexitandenterwithstudentcardorheadteacher'ssignature.Itisstrictlyprohibitedtomakenoiseinthedormitory;itisstrictlyprohibitedtolightcandlesuseotherlightingtoolsafterlightsout;itisstrictlyprohibitedtomakenoise,playmusicalinstruments,listentomusicbyspeakersoraffectothers'restafterlightsout.
9.Inordertoensurepersonalsafety,itisstrictlyprohibitedtoplayandchatonthebalconyguardrailofthedormitory;itisstrictlyprohibitedtoplaceflowerpots,chairsandotheritemsonthebalconyguardrail,anditisstrictlyprohibitedtoclimboverthewalls,gatesandwindows.
10.Studentsareprohibitedtocookinsidethedormitory.
11.Itisforbiddentostayinotherpeople'sdormitoriesandwashclothesinthewashroomafterlightsout.
12.Itisforbiddentosmoke,drinkorplaybasketballinthedormitoryarea;allformsofgamblingareforbidden;itisforbiddentobringthevideorecorder,VCDandtelevisiontothedormitoryforuse.
13.Itisprohibitedtoread,listento,watch,disseminate,produceorsellillegalbooks,periodicalsandaudio-visualproducts.
14.Studentsareprohibitedtoparticipateinillegalpyramidsellingandactivitiesofheresyandfeudalsuperstition.Withoutapproval,studentsareprohibitedtoengageinbusinessactivitiesinthedormitoryarea.Thosewhoviolatetheruleswillbecriticizedandeducatedorevengivendisciplinarysanctions.
15.Withoutapproval,nooneoutsidetheschoolcanstayovernightinthedormitory,andstudentsmustnotstayoutside.
16.Closedmanagementwillbeimplementedinthedormitory.Malestudentsareprohibitedtoenterfemalesdormitory,andsoarefemalestudents.Incaseofspecialcircumstances,theycanonlyenterthedormitoryafterbeingapprovedandregisteredbythecounselororheadteacher.
17.Payattentiontosecurity.Whenleavingthedormitory,thedoorsmustbeclosedandlocked.
18.Compensationmustbemadeforthedamageofpublicproperty.Thedormitorymaintenancesystemshouldbeimplemented,andtheitemstoberepairedshouldbereportedtothedormitoryadministrator.
19.ThosewhostayinthecollegeduringvacationmustbeapprovedbySchoolofInternationalEducation(orcorrespondingsecondaryschools),gothroughtheaccommodationregistrationformalitieswithinoneweekbeforethevacation,andsubmitthesummarylisttotheschoolsecurityofficeforfiling.Thosewhostaywithoutpermissionwillbedealtwithseriouslyandpaytheaccommodationmanagementfee.
20.Thosewhoviolatetheabove-mentionedprovisionswillbesubjecttoappropriatepointsdeductionordisciplinarypunishmentinaccordancewiththeMeasuresfortheEvaluationoftheRegulationsonDisciplinaryPunishmentofStudentsofWSTC.OthermattersnotcoveredhereinmaybeimplementedwithreferencetotheChinesestudentmanagementmanualofWSTC.
Ⅸ.MedicalService
1.Afterthefreshmenreporttothecollege,theymustgothroughaphysicalexaminationintherelevantentry-exitinspectionandquarantinedepartment.Thosewhofailtopassthephysicalexaminationwillnotberegistered.
2.AccordingtotheregulationsoftheMinistryofEducationofChina,internationalstudentsarerequiredtobuyinsurance,otherwisetheywillnotberegisteredorwillbewith-drawnfromschool.Studentsarerequiredtopaytheinsurancefeeforeachschoolyearatthetimeofregistration.
3.Internationalstudentsshouldseekmedicaltreatmentintimewhentheyareill,andreporttoSchoolofInternationalEducationintimewhentheyarediagnosedwithseriousdiseases.Themedicalexpensesofstudentswillbebornebythemselves,andSchoolofInternationalEducationcanassistinprovidingnecessarymaterialsforinsuranceclaimsettlement.
4.Theschoolwillnotberesponsibleforanypersonalinjuryormedicalexpensescausedbythestudents'violationoflawsanddisciplines.
Ⅹ.ExtracurricularActivities
1.Thecollegeisequippedwithasportscenter,atenniscourt,basketballcourts,afootballfieldandothersportsfacilities.Internationalstudentscanusethemaccordingtotherelevantregulationsoftheschool.
2.Internationalstudentscanparticipateintheclub,sportsteamandrelatedafter-schoolrecreationalsportsactivitiesorganizedbythestudentunion.Welcometoparticipateinvariouscelebrationsheldbythecollegeonmajorfestivals.
3.AccordingtotheRegulationsofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonForeignExchangesControl,foreignstudentswhocometoChinaforinternshipmustnotworkorpracticeinthefieldiftheresidencepermitheldbytheforeignerholdingthestudyresidencecertificatedoesnotindicatetheinformationspecifiedin,theprecedingparagraph.Withouttheconsentofthecollege,thestudentswillbearalltheconsequencesoftheirworkorinternship.
4.Thecollegerespectsthenationalcustomsandreligiousbeliefsofforeignstudentsbutnoorganizationorindividualisallowedtocarryoutanyformofreligiousactivitiesindormitoryorcampus.
5.ForeignersareforbiddentobringtoChinaprintedandaudio-visualproductsthatareharmfultoChina'ssocialandpublicinterests.
Ⅺ.LibraryRegulations
1.Studentscanborrowbooksintheschoollibrarywiththeirstudentcardsandcampuscardsafteractivation.
2.Studentsshouldtakegoodcareofthebooks,mustnotscratchordamagethem,compensationwillbemadeaccordingtotheregulationsifbooksarelostordamaged.
3.Thelibrarycardcanonlybeusedbyoneselfandcannotbelenttoothers.
4.Incaseofanychangeintheaboveprovisions,themanagementregulationsformulatedbythelibrarywillprevail.
Ⅻ.Graduation,CompletionandDropout
1.Studentswhohavecompletedthecontentsspecifiedinthetalenttrainingprogramwithinthespecifiedstudyperiodoftheschoolandhavepassedthegraduationassessmentswillbeapprovedforgraduation.Studentsmustgothroughtheformalitiesforleavingtheschoolaccordingtotheregulationsandreceivethegraduationdiplomabeforeleavingtheschool.
2.Studentswhohavecompletedthecontentsspecifiedinthetalenttrainingprogrambutfailtomeetthegraduationrequirementswithinthespecifiedstudyperiodoftheschoolwillbeallowedtocompletetheirstudiesandbeissuedacertificateofcompletion.
3.Forstudentswhohavedroppedoutofschoolafterstudyingformorethanoneacademicyear,theschoolcanissueanactuallearningperformancecertificate.
XIII.LeavingtheCollege
1.Beforeleavingthecollegeongraduationorcompletionoftheirstudies,studentsarerequiredtoreturnalltheirborrowedarticlesandbookstothedepartmentsconcerned.Theyshouldreturnthestudent左邊ID右邊cardstotheSchoolofInternationalEducation.
2.Studentsshouldreturntheirroomkeysandalltheborroweddailynecessitiesonedaybeforetheirdeparture.Self-fundedstudentsmustpayofftherentsandotherexpensesifany.
3.Studentswhohavecompletedorgraduatedfromthecollegemustleavewithinthetimespecifiedintheresidencepermit.
4.Forthestudentswhohavebeenexpelledordroppedoutofthecollege,SchoolofInternationalEducationwilltimelynotifytheexitandentrydepartmentofWuxiPublicSecurityBureautocanceltheirresidencepermitaccordingtothelawandsupervisetheirdeparturewithinatimelimit.
5.Accordingtotherequirementsofthecollege,ifastudentneedstoleavethecollegeforshorttime,he/sheneedstosigntheletterofcommitmentonpersonalsafetyresponsibility.Duringtheleave,thesafetyofallpersonalandpropertyofthestudentisathis/herownstake.
