一、留學(xué)生簽證與居留許可
（一）入境簽證
1、在中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)半年以上的學(xué)生，憑學(xué)校的錄取通知書、JW202表或JW201表、外國(guó)人體格檢查記錄，到中華人民共和國(guó)駐外使領(lǐng)館申請(qǐng)來華入境X1簽證。
2、在中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)半年以下的學(xué)生，憑學(xué)校的錄取通知書、JW202表或JW201表（如有需要），到中華人民共和國(guó)駐外使領(lǐng)館申請(qǐng)來華入境X2簽證。
3、因其他原因未能辦理X1或X2簽證的學(xué)生可以先申請(qǐng)其他類型的有效簽證進(jìn)入中國(guó)，然后根據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)期限在入境簽證有效期內(nèi)申請(qǐng)學(xué)習(xí)類簽證或居留許可。
4、免簽入境的留學(xué)生不得辦理學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可或X2簽證。應(yīng)在免簽停留有效期屆滿前出境后，申請(qǐng)X1或X2簽證再次入境。
5、持有就業(yè)類居留許可或Z簽證的外國(guó)人停止就業(yè)進(jìn)入高校學(xué)習(xí)的，應(yīng)提交原就職單位離職證明原件和復(fù)印件。
6、持有F簽證的入境從事交流、訪問、考察等活動(dòng)的外國(guó)人及持有M簽證的入境進(jìn)行商業(yè)貿(mào)易活動(dòng)的外國(guó)人停止上述活動(dòng)進(jìn)入高校學(xué)習(xí)的，應(yīng)提交申請(qǐng)相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)簽發(fā)的邀請(qǐng)函復(fù)印件以及證明該生已經(jīng)結(jié)束上述活動(dòng)的證明文件。
（二）學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可
1、根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)出境入境管理法》，凡持有效簽證入境的人員，在中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間超過一百八十日的，應(yīng)該辦理外國(guó)人學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可。
2、持X1簽證入境的留學(xué)生應(yīng)在入境之日起30日內(nèi)辦理學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可；持X2簽證入境的留學(xué)生在簽證停留有效期內(nèi)，提交學(xué)校主管部門審核，經(jīng)出入境管理部門同意，可申請(qǐng)辦理學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可。
3、外國(guó)留學(xué)生首次申請(qǐng)學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可，須提交以下材料：
(1)護(hù)照原件和有效的入境簽證原件
(2)學(xué)校宿舍樓前臺(tái)或住宿地所屬派出所出具的《境外人員臨時(shí)住宿登記單》原件及復(fù)印件
(3)《外國(guó)人簽證證件申請(qǐng)表》，一張近期2寸半身、正面、免冠彩色照片
(4)校方出具的，注明申請(qǐng)居留許可有效期的《外國(guó)留學(xué)生辦證申請(qǐng)函》原件
(5)校方出具的《入學(xué)通知書》原件
(6)《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請(qǐng)表》（JW201或JW202表）第3聯(lián)原件
(7)上海國(guó)際旅行衛(wèi)生保健中心出具的健康證明原件
4、在校留學(xué)生居留許可到期，需要繼續(xù)在校學(xué)習(xí)或延長(zhǎng)學(xué)習(xí)期限者，須辦理居留許可延長(zhǎng)手續(xù)。學(xué)生可憑上述材料編號(hào)(1)-(4)，到上海市出入境管理局辦理。
5、再次申請(qǐng)居留許可時(shí)具有以下情況之一的，還應(yīng)提交健康證明原件：
(1)上次居留許可有效期屆滿三個(gè)月后再次申請(qǐng)的；
(2)上次辦理居留許可時(shí)申請(qǐng)人未滿18周歲，現(xiàn)已年滿18周歲的。
6、居留許可持有人的護(hù)照號(hào)碼、就讀學(xué)校等情況發(fā)生變化的，須在10日以內(nèi)向出入境管理局申請(qǐng)辦理變更手續(xù)。如護(hù)照號(hào)碼變更，應(yīng)提交新、舊護(hù)照或護(hù)照?qǐng)?bào)失證明；如就讀學(xué)校變更，應(yīng)出示原就讀學(xué)校的離校證明（如結(jié)業(yè)證書、畢業(yè)證書、學(xué)習(xí)證明等）、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)應(yīng)提交國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委簽發(fā)的轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)通知書等證明文件。
7、對(duì)因各種原因提前終止學(xué)業(yè)的外國(guó)留學(xué)生，應(yīng)持學(xué)校出具的證明文件到上海市出入境管理局辦理居留許可或X2簽證注銷手續(xù)。如未辦理上述手續(xù)擅自離校的，校方將依法報(bào)告出入境管理局后注銷其居留許可。
（三）X2簽證
1、根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)出境入境管理法》，凡持有效簽證入境的人員，可根據(jù)需要和本人實(shí)際情況辦理再入境簽證、延長(zhǎng)簽證，簽證有效期最長(zhǎng)為一百八十日。
2、外國(guó)留學(xué)生首次申請(qǐng)X2簽證(包括再入境簽證、延長(zhǎng)簽證)須提交以下材料：
(1)護(hù)照原件和有效的入境簽證原件
(2)學(xué)校宿舍樓前臺(tái)或住宿地所屬派出所出具的《境外人員臨時(shí)住宿登記單》原件及復(fù)印件
(3)《外國(guó)人簽證證件申請(qǐng)表》，一張近期2寸半身、正面、免冠彩色照片
(4)校方出具的，注明申請(qǐng)簽證有效期及入境次數(shù)、停留天數(shù)的《外國(guó)留學(xué)生辦證申請(qǐng)函》原件
(5)校方出具的《入學(xué)通知書》原件
(6)《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請(qǐng)表》（JW201或JW202表）第3聯(lián)原件
（四）居留許可、X2簽證的有效期
留學(xué)生事務(wù)辦開具《外國(guó)留學(xué)生辦證申請(qǐng)函》的有效期應(yīng)遵循下列原則：
1、公費(fèi)學(xué)歷生每次辦理居留許可有效期為一年；公費(fèi)非學(xué)歷生視其學(xué)習(xí)期限辦理居留許可及X2簽證。
2、自費(fèi)學(xué)歷生每次居留許可有效期視其所支付學(xué)費(fèi)的期限而定。自費(fèi)非學(xué)歷生視其學(xué)習(xí)期限辦理居留許可及X2簽證。
3、居留許可、X2簽證的有效期不得超過申請(qǐng)人護(hù)照的有效期。
4、居留許可、X2簽證的有效期不得超過申請(qǐng)人在校學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間。
5、在校學(xué)習(xí)六個(gè)月以上的留學(xué)生，應(yīng)按規(guī)定購(gòu)買學(xué)校指定的來華人員綜合保險(xiǎn)后，方可予以開具《辦證申請(qǐng)函》。
（五）居留許可、簽證的辦理費(fèi)用和辦證所需時(shí)間
辦理居留許可和簽證的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參照上海市出入境管理局的相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。出入境管理局受理后，一般會(huì)在7個(gè)工作日內(nèi)辦好。
（六）補(bǔ)辦護(hù)照和簽證
1、發(fā)現(xiàn)護(hù)照遺失后，應(yīng)立即告知輔導(dǎo)員，并到學(xué)?；蛘哌z失地所在的公安派出所報(bào)失，說明遺失的具體情況：時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、經(jīng)過和護(hù)照號(hào)碼及有效期限。公安派出所將出具《護(hù)照遺失受理單》。
2、將《護(hù)照遺失受理單》提交到上海市出入境管理局后，由該局簽發(fā)《護(hù)照?qǐng)?bào)失證明》，并給予30天的臨時(shí)簽證。申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)在此期間憑《護(hù)照?qǐng)?bào)失證明》到本國(guó)駐華使、領(lǐng)館補(bǔ)辦護(hù)照。
3、獲得新護(hù)照后，應(yīng)到留學(xué)生事務(wù)辦公室登記，并持下列文件到上海市公安局出入境管理局申請(qǐng)補(bǔ)辦居留許可或X2簽證。
(1)申請(qǐng)人新護(hù)照；
(2)《境外人員臨時(shí)住宿登記單》（填寫的護(hù)照號(hào)碼需為新護(hù)照號(hào)碼）；
(3)《外國(guó)人簽證證件申請(qǐng)表》，一張近期2寸半身、
正面、免冠彩色照片
(4)校方出具的，標(biāo)注補(bǔ)辦簽證、居留許可有效期
的《外國(guó)留學(xué)生辦證申請(qǐng)函》
(5)《護(hù)照?qǐng)?bào)失證明》原件。
（七）停留簽證
留學(xué)生因各種原因提前終止學(xué)業(yè)或在學(xué)業(yè)結(jié)束后需短暫停留，經(jīng)出入境管理局同意，可申請(qǐng)辦理停留期不超過30天的外國(guó)人停留簽證。需提交以下材料：
(1)護(hù)照原件和有效的入境簽證原件；
(2)學(xué)校宿舍樓前臺(tái)或住宿地所屬派出所出具的《境外人員臨時(shí)住宿登記單》原件及復(fù)印件；
(3)《外國(guó)人簽證證件申請(qǐng)表》，一張近期2寸半身、正面、免冠彩色照片；
(4)校方出具的，標(biāo)注停留有效期的《外國(guó)留學(xué)生辦證申請(qǐng)函》原件；
(5)畢業(yè)、結(jié)業(yè)證書原件和復(fù)印件。
（八）外國(guó)留學(xué)生親屬申請(qǐng)居留許可、簽證
1、持有居留許可的外國(guó)留學(xué)生的配偶、父母、配偶的父母、未滿18周歲的子女，如在滬居留超過6個(gè)月，可以申請(qǐng)辦理有效期不超過該留學(xué)生在華居留許可期限的私人事務(wù)類居留許可；如在滬短期探望（6個(gè)月以內(nèi)），可申請(qǐng)辦理S2簽證，該簽證有效期不得超過留學(xué)生在華居留許可有效期且在華累計(jì)停留期限不得超過6個(gè)月。
2、免簽入境的外國(guó)留學(xué)生親屬不能申請(qǐng)私人事務(wù)類居留許可或簽證，應(yīng)在免簽停留有效期屆滿前出境，重新申請(qǐng)S1或S2簽證入境后方可辦理。
3、外國(guó)留學(xué)生家屬辦理私人事務(wù)類居留許可、S2簽證換發(fā)、延期手續(xù)時(shí)，應(yīng)向上海市出入境管理局提交下列材料：
(1)護(hù)照原件和有效的入境簽證原件
(2)《境外人員臨時(shí)住宿登記單》原件及復(fù)印件
(3)《外國(guó)人簽證證件申請(qǐng)表》，一張近期2寸半身、正面、免冠彩色照片
(4)所探望外國(guó)留學(xué)生就讀院校出具的，注明親屬關(guān)系，申請(qǐng)居留許可停留期限或申請(qǐng)簽證有效期、停留天數(shù)及入境次數(shù)的《外國(guó)留學(xué)生辦證申請(qǐng)函》原件
(5)所探望外國(guó)留學(xué)生的有效護(hù)照、居留許可原件及復(fù)印件；
(6)親屬關(guān)系證明：有關(guān)國(guó)家主管部門出具的結(jié)婚證明、出生證明、收養(yǎng)證明、其他親屬關(guān)系證明及相關(guān)公證；外國(guó)駐華使、領(lǐng)館出具的婚姻證明、出生證明、其他親屬關(guān)系證明、姓名等資料變更證明等。外國(guó)主管部門或者公證部門出具的婚姻證明、出生證明、親屬關(guān)系證明等應(yīng)當(dāng)經(jīng)中國(guó)駐該國(guó)使領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證，或有該國(guó)駐華使領(lǐng)館出具證明。外文證明應(yīng)經(jīng)具有翻譯資質(zhì)的翻譯機(jī)構(gòu)出具中文翻譯，英文可除外。
二、留學(xué)生健康檢查
1、留學(xué)生如需申請(qǐng)學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可，應(yīng)在上海國(guó)際旅行衛(wèi)生保健中心完成健康檢查。
2、預(yù)約網(wǎng)址：
3、所需材料：
（1）護(hù)照原件及護(hù)照頁(yè)、簽證頁(yè)的復(fù)印件
（2）二寸免冠正面彩色照片4張
（3）《上海大學(xué)入學(xué)通知書》復(fù)印件
（4）填寫完成的《健康檢查申請(qǐng)表》
（5）填寫完成的《知情同意書》
（6）境外簽發(fā)的健康檢查記錄原件
4、注意事項(xiàng)：健康檢查前5小時(shí)不要吃飯，可以喝水。
5、領(lǐng)取體檢報(bào)告
（1）本人現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取證，需體檢者本人在完成體檢四個(gè)工作日后憑取證回執(zhí)、本人有效身份證明原件到公共服務(wù)中心2號(hào)窗口取證。
（2）委托快遞取證，體檢結(jié)束后由體檢者本人辦理委托快遞送證服務(wù)，體檢證明將于完成體檢四個(gè)工作日后送達(dá)。
三、留學(xué)生從事校外教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)的管理規(guī)定
1、外國(guó)留學(xué)生校外教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)，是指外國(guó)留學(xué)生按照學(xué)校教育教學(xué)計(jì)劃組織實(shí)施的，不獲取任何勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬（車貼、餐貼等補(bǔ)貼除外）的校外實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)。
2、從事校外教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)的外國(guó)留學(xué)生，應(yīng)符合以下條件：
（1）在上海大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的全日制學(xué)歷生、交換生和進(jìn)修生（語言生除外）；
（2）持有上海市出入境管理局簽發(fā)，包含實(shí)習(xí)加注信息的學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可證；
（3）不得同時(shí)在兩個(gè)（含）以上單位從事校外教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)；
（4）實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容應(yīng)包含在教學(xué)計(jì)劃中并與本人學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)相關(guān)；
（5）不違反中國(guó)左邊法律右邊法規(guī)和校紀(jì)校規(guī)。
3、如何申請(qǐng)
（1）外國(guó)留學(xué)生從事校外教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)前，應(yīng)向上海大學(xué)國(guó)際交流學(xué)院提交本專業(yè)教學(xué)計(jì)劃書和《實(shí)習(xí)申請(qǐng)表》以供審核；（需填寫實(shí)習(xí)單位的中文名稱和地址）
（2）向?qū)嵙?xí)單位提交《外國(guó)留學(xué)生教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)單位指導(dǎo)意見書》，實(shí)習(xí)單位應(yīng)知曉相關(guān)左邊法律右邊規(guī)定并加蓋印章，提交國(guó)際交流學(xué)院；
（3）國(guó)際交流學(xué)院向上海市出入境管理局提交外國(guó)留學(xué)生校外實(shí)習(xí)信息表，進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)備案；
（4）上海市出入境管理局審核備案后，國(guó)際交流學(xué)院向申請(qǐng)者出具《外國(guó)留學(xué)生校外實(shí)習(xí)證明》和《外國(guó)留學(xué)生辦證申請(qǐng)函》。申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)將以上文件及本人護(hù)照、《境外人員臨時(shí)住宿登記單》、《外國(guó)人簽證證件申請(qǐng)表》提交至出入境管理局辦理實(shí)習(xí)加注。
如需同時(shí)辦理學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可,應(yīng)參考“學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可”提交其他材料。
4、外國(guó)留學(xué)生校外教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)期間，如就讀院校、實(shí)習(xí)單位發(fā)生變更，應(yīng)暫時(shí)中斷實(shí)習(xí)，重新辦理實(shí)習(xí)備案和加注后才可恢復(fù)實(shí)習(xí)；如護(hù)照或居留許可證件發(fā)生變更，無需中斷實(shí)習(xí)，但應(yīng)重新辦理實(shí)習(xí)備案和加注。
5、申請(qǐng)周期和費(fèi)用
實(shí)習(xí)備案申請(qǐng)周期為14個(gè)工作日，實(shí)習(xí)加注申請(qǐng)周期為7個(gè)工作日。
同時(shí)辦理學(xué)習(xí)類居留許可和實(shí)習(xí)加注的，按居留許可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)收費(fèi)（400元/年），加注手續(xù)免費(fèi)；單獨(dú)辦理實(shí)習(xí)加注的，每次收費(fèi)200元。
6、未按規(guī)定辦理實(shí)習(xí)備案和加注手續(xù)或超越《外國(guó)留學(xué)生校外實(shí)習(xí)證明》上所載明時(shí)間、地址、單位等范圍的實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)，為非法就業(yè)行為，本市各級(jí)出入境管理部門將根據(jù)有關(guān)左邊法律右邊法規(guī)對(duì)違法單位和個(gè)人進(jìn)行處罰。
四、校外住宿
留學(xué)生如果選擇在校外住宿須按有關(guān)規(guī)定辦理校外住宿登記手續(xù)：
1、向留學(xué)生事務(wù)辦公室提交與房東簽訂的租房合同復(fù)印件；
2、填寫《上海大學(xué)外國(guó)留學(xué)生校外住宿登記表》，學(xué)生本人簽字并由留學(xué)生事務(wù)辦公室老師簽字蓋章；
3、攜帶租房合同原件、護(hù)照和《留學(xué)生校外住宿登記表》等相關(guān)證明材料在24小時(shí)之內(nèi)至居住地派出所申領(lǐng)《境外人員臨時(shí)住宿登記單》，否則將被視為非法居留。
4、攜帶《境外人員臨時(shí)住宿登記單》至留學(xué)生事務(wù)辦公室備份存檔。
5、注冊(cè)報(bào)到前已居住校外的留學(xué)生也必須完成以上程序。留學(xué)生在校外住宿期間，居住地如發(fā)生變更，應(yīng)在變更發(fā)生的3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)到留學(xué)生事務(wù)辦公室重新辦理校外住宿登記手續(xù)，否則將被視作超期滯留，并由當(dāng)?shù)嘏沙鏊M(jìn)行處理。
6、遵守住宿地的相關(guān)管理規(guī)定，安全文明住宿。

(4).InternationalstudentswhoreceivedvisafreeentryshallnotapplyforastudyclassresidencepermitorX2visaandshouldleaveChinapriortotheirvisafreevalidityexpiresbeforeapplyingforaX1orX2visatoenterChinaagain.
(5).EmploymenttyperesidencepermitorZvisaholderswhostopworkingtobeginacourseofstudyataChineseuniversityshallsubmittheoriginalandcopyoftheirlastemploymentresignationcertificate.
(6).Fvisaholderswhoareallowedcommunication,visitation,andinvestigationprivileges,andMvisaholderswhoengageincommercialandtradeactivitiesshallsubmitacopyoftheinvitationletterissuedbyrelevantagenciesanddocumentsprovingthathe/shehasstoppeddoingsuchactivitiesinChinapriortotheirbeginninguniversityenrollment.
2.StudytypeResidencePermit
(1).AccordingtoTheExitandEntryAdministrationLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,foreignresidentswhoenterChinawithavalidvisaandwhowishtostudyinChinaformorethan180daysshouldapplyforastudytyperesidencepermit.
(2).InternationalstudentsholdingX1visasshouldobtainastudytyperesidencepermitwithin30daysfromtheirfirstdayofentrytoChina.InternationalstudentsholdingX2visasmayapplyforastudytyperesidencepermitwithinthevalidityperiodoftheirvisaiftherequestisapprovedbytheChinaExit?-Entry?Administration?Bureau.

(4).InternationalstudentwhoneedtocontinuestudyinShanghaiUniversityorextendthestudyperiodwhentheresidencepermitexpiresshallmakeresidencepermitextensionsattheShanghaiAdministrationofEntryandExitAdministrationBureauwiththeabovematerialsdemarcateda-d.
(5).Studentmeetingoneoffollowingconditionswhenapplyingasecondtimeforaresidencepermitshallsubmitanoriginalhealthcertificateiftheyare:
a.Applying3monthsafterthelastresidencepermitexpiry;
b.Undertheageof18duringthelastperiodinwhicharesidencepermitisheldandiftheyarenoyoungerthan18yearsoldwhenapplyingforasecondtime.
(6).Ifthereisanychangeregardingthestudent’spassportnumber,universitychoice,orotherfactorspertinenttotheirstayinChina,theresidencepermitholdershallapplyforamodificationformalitytotheShanghaiExit-Entry?AdministrationBureau.Forpassportnumberchanges,boththenewandtheoldpassportorapolicereportforalostpassportshallbesubmitted.Inchangingtheschoolleavingcertificateoforiginalschool(suchascourse-completioncertificate,graduationcertificateorschoolreport)shallbesubmittedandprize-winningfellowstransferringtoanotherschoolshallsubmitthetransfernoticeorotherdocumentissuedbyChinaScholarshipCouncil.
(7).InternationalstudentwhowanttoterminatestudyaheadoftimeforanyreasonshallholdadocumentissuedbytheschoolandapplyforaresidencepermitorX2visacancellationprocedureattheShanghaiExit-Entry?AdministrationBureau.Ifstudentleaveschoolwithoutsuchprocedurecompleted,schoolwillreporttoExit-EntryAdministrationBureautocanceltheresidencepermitinaccordancetothelaw.
3.X2Visa
(1).AccordingtotheLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonControloftheEntryandExitofAliens,foreignresidentswhoenterChinawithavalidvisamayapplyforare-entryvisaandvisaextensionifnecessary.Themaximumvalidperiodofthevisais180days.

4.ThevalidityperiodoftheresidencepermitandX2entryvisa
ThevalidityperiodoftheLetterofVisaApplicationforSchoolissuedbytheInternationalStudentsAffairsOfficeshallfollowthefollowingprinciples:
(1)Thevalidityperiodoftheresidencepermitforregisteredgovernment-supportedstudentsisoneyeareachtime.Non-degreegovernment-supportedstudentsshallapplyfortheresidencepermitandX2entryvisaaccordingtotheirperiodofschooling.
(2)Thevalidityperiodoftheresidencepermitforregistered,self--financedstudentsshoulddependonthetermofpaidtuitionfees.Non-degree,self-financedstudentsshallapplyfortheresidencepermitandX2entryvisaaccordingtotheirperiodofschooling.
(3)ThevalidityperiodoftheresidencepermitandX2entryvisashallnotexceedthevalidityperiodoftheapplicant'spassport.
(4)ThevalidityperiodoftheresidencepermitandX2entryvisashallnotexceedtheapplicant’speriodofschooling.
(5)InternationalstudentsstudyingintheschoolformorethansixmonthsshouldpurchasethecomprehensiveinsuranceforpeoplecomingtoChinadesignatedbytheirschoolinaccordancewiththeregulationsfortheissuanceoftheLetterofVisaApplicationforSchool.
5.Thecostandtimerequiredtoapplyfortheresidencepermitandvisa
ThechargingstandardfortheresidencepermitandvisaareaccordingtotherelevantprovisionsofShanghaiExit-Entry?AdministrationBureau.Generallyworkontheresidencepermitcanbecompletedwithin7workingdaysaftertheExit-Entry?AdministrationBureauacceptsthedocuments.
6.Re-applicationforpassportandvisa
(1)Inthecaseofalostpassport,youshouldimmediatelyinformtheinstructorandreportyourlossinthepolicestationneartheschooloratthemissinglocationtoexplainthespecificcircumstancesofthelossincludingtime,place,details,passportnumberandvalidityperiod.ThepolicestationwillthenissuetheAcceptanceFormofLostPassport.
(2)AftertheAcceptanceFormofLostPassportissubmittedtotheShanghaiExit-Entry?AdministrationBureau,thebureauwillissueapolicereportforlostpassportandgivea30-daystemporaryvisa.Theapplicantcanre-applyfortheirpassportbyfillingoutapolicereportforalostpassportatthenationalembassyorconsulateinChinaduringtheperiodoftheirstay.

RelativesofinternationalstudentshouldsubmitthefollowingdocumentstotheShanghaiExit-Entry?AdministrationBureauwhenapplyingforaresidencepermitforprivateaffairs,S2visarenewal,andotherrelatedvisaextensionprocedures:
(1)Thespouse,parents,spouses’parents,andchildrenundertheageof18ofthestudentcanapplyforaresidencepermitforprivateaffairswithavalidityperiodnolongerthanthatofthestudent’sresidencepermitiftheywishtostayinShanghaiformorethansixmonths.Ifthestudent’sdependentswishtostayinShanghaifornomorethansixmonths,theycanapplyforaS2visawhosevalidityperiodcannotexceedthatofthestudent’sresidencepermitandaccumulatedstaytimeshouldbewithin6months.

3.HowtoApplyforanoff-campusInternship?
(1)SubmitteachingprogramwithinternshipincludedandtoCIEforapproval.(Internshipunit’snameandaddressinChineseisrequired)
(2)Sendthe“InternationalStudentInternshipUnitGuideline”totherelevantinternshipunit,receiveanofficialstamporsealfromthatunit,andsubmitthedocumentbacktoCIE.
(3)CIEwillinformtheShanghaiExit-EntryAdministrationBureauofyourinternshipinformation.

5.Periodandfees
Fourteenworkingdaysisrequiredtogetapprovalforandarecordofaninternationalstudentoff-campusinternship,fourteenworkingdaysisrequired.ToapplyfortheinternshipremarkatShanghaiExit-EntryAdministrationBureau,sevenworkingdaysisrequired.Toapplyforastudytyperesidencepermitandaninternshipremarkatthesametime,theBureauwillonlychargefortheresidencepermit,whichis400RMB/year.Theapplicationfeeforaninternshipremarkis200RMB/time.
6.Aninternshipthatmeetsanyofthebelowcriteriaisregardedasillegalemployment:
(1)TheinternshipisnotrecordedatShanghaiExit-EntryAdministrationBureau.
(2)Theinternshipisnotremarkedonthestudent’sresidencepermit.
(3)Theinternshipexceedstherangeofperiod,address,unitorotherinformationrecordedonthestudent’sresidentpermit.

IllegallyemployedinternationalstudentswillbepunishedbytheShanghaiExit-EntryAdministrationBureauaccordingtothelaw.
SectionFourRegulationsfortheOff-CampusAccommodation
Studentswhorentandliveintheoff-campusaccommodationmustoperateaccordancewithrelevantregulations.
1.PresentthecopyofRentalContracttotheInternationalStudentsAffairsOffice
2.Fillinthe“RegistrationFormforLivingOff-Campus”whichshouldbeapprovedandsignedbythecounselorofInternationalStudentsAffairsOffice.
3.Thestudentmusttakethesetwodocumentsandtheirpassporttothelocalpolicestationtoregisterandgetthe“RegistrationFormforTemporaryResidence”,otherwisethestudent’sresidencewillbeconsideredillegal.
4.Submitaphotocopyof“RegistrationFormforTemporaryResidence”tothestudent’scounselor.
InternationalstudentwhowanttoterminatestudyaheadoftimeforanyreasonshallholdadocumentissuedbytheschoolandapplyforaresidencepermitorX2visacancellationprocedureattheShanghaiExit-Entry?AdministrationBureau.Ifstudentleaveschoolwithoutsuchprocedurecompleted,schoolwillreporttoExit-EntryAdministrationBureautocanceltheresidencepermitinaccordancetothelaw.
5.Internationalstudentsalreadylivingoff-campusbeforecompletingcourseregistrationshallalsocompletetheaforementionedregistrationprocedures.TheinternationalstudentshallreporttotheInternationalStudentsAffairsOfficewithin3workingdaysofanaddresschange,otherwisethestudentwillberegardedasextendedstayandpunishedbylocalpolice.
